Beijing New century Hotel is an international five-star hotel which is managed by Nikko Group. Our design scope of work is to renovate the 29th to31th executive floor.
After elaborate design of Details Design Group which provides new and fresh ideas which will give the property a definite market edge, through the satisfaction of its guests.
Space layout: Creating a design of high quality, with unique, welcoming and comfortable spaces, through innovative ideas as well as functional solutions, following an efficient and budget-conscious design concept. We provide the most comfortable and the most relaxing rest environment to the guests, and offering considerate services to the guest like surfing on line, do the office work, meeting guest business affairs. Our design endows the space with outstanding artistic feature and special room space feature.
Harmony of lights: As for wall modeling and ceiling according to different material and shape, we take full use of lights and shadow to divide the colorful plane which can create outstanding guest room environment.
Coordination of color and material: We adopt modern decorating product combined with exquisite craft technique embody the elegance and delicacy of indoor space. And we match different warm color to get the effect of harmonious space.
Style: Timely and flexible design responses throughout the project’s evolution to ensure a constant compliance to the original design intent. Combined with Chinese and foreign elements express the spirit of simple, fashion and modern. This style is exclusive one for the Beijing New century Hotel.
