规划概念设计，辽宁省东港市
塔尖上的寺院——打造佛教建筑新的形式和意境。将重建后的菩萨庙置于塔顶，天王殿、观音阁、万佛堂层层叠落，四面迎风，凌空尘世。
取名为“定海神针”的海中景观塔，是开发区前期规划中的标志性建筑，也是景区内集商业、文化、旅游为一体的中心。

The temple on the top of tower is a new conception and form for Buddhism architectures. The reconstructed Buddhist temple is settled on the top of the tower, followed by Heavenly King temple, Kwan-yin temple and Ten-Thousand Buddha temple, floating on a holy level with a great view.
The view tower named Divine Needle is the landmark in the first session of the development district, also the center for commercial, cultural and tour.
