The fusty feeling of traditional style is avoided; instead, the design is solid and sober, in order to give a cozy touch of the residence, as well as to express the famous actor’s erudition and talent, and his literary accomplishments and elegant bookman characteristics. Few types of materials are used in the design but many details are emphasized, which makes it a combination of tradition and modern. This design was listed the top House Beautiful by Trends Magazines.
