本案是重庆华海暖通的品牌总部展厅设计。通过室内形态的和空间功能的策划,我们将整个建筑体分为上下3层面积共4000平面米的展陈体验空间,从使用功能上主要分为前区接待、品牌文化厅,展陈体验区、销售区和办公区四个模块,将华海暖通中央空调、中央净水、新风系统及采暖系统四大产品体系从客户和品牌交互的商业思维进行有机结合,打造出突破传统暖通行业认知的全新品牌体验综合体。
Thisis the brand exhibition hall design for Huahai HVAC. Through the planning ofinterior form and space function, we divide the whole building into threefloors of experience space. We use the commercial thinking of brand userinteraction to create a new experience complex that breaks through thetraditional cognition of the HVAC industry.

Space Design 空 间 设 计
在空间设计上,我们提出了三场三力的设计理念,即道场(Dojo)、气场(Energy)、展场(Exhibition)以及提案力(Proposal)、交互力(Interactive)、传播力(Spreading)。三场的运用,利用场与景的设计,教育客户的认知,占领客户的心智,完成品牌与客户之间信任和认同;而三力法则,是让用户一眼获得清晰的预期目标,进而主动参与到品牌的场景交互之中,通过空间自带传播的设计而达到品牌商业空间的商业目的和价值。
Interms of space design, we put forward the design concept of “3 scenarios” and“3 forces” which are tao, energy, exhibition and proposal force, interactive force,spreading force. Those design concepts not only help brands capture thecustomer's mind, achieve the trust and recognition, but provide a clear targetpaths, the interaction with customers and auto-communication power. We designto show the true value of the brand.

在品牌展陈上,为了更加立体的表达华海舒适家的品牌内涵,我们在品牌文化厅的设计上不同于以往单纯对品牌发展历程的陈列,而是结合人类在整个暖通产品各个历史阶段上的科技创新历程进行了生动的叙事性的展陈,历史还原的手法,趣味的演变革新,不仅让观者妙而求知,又让顾客在探索中了解华海暖通舒适家的发展脉络和历程,全面地展示了其品牌的职业性和专业性。
Interms of brand value display, the design of the hall of brand culture is notonly just a display of the brand development process, but also a vividdescription of the development process of hvac products in various historicalperiods.

Experience Design 产 品 体 验
在产品体验上,为了让顾客消除销售的心理压迫,又使得华海暖通的产品展陈不单纯地仅限于家空间的场景运用,我们突破了样板间式的体验方式,而是多元地打造了茶室、咖啡吧、图书馆、桌球厅、高尔夫球室等轻休闲空间。在这里,不仅通过不同的场景打造,暗含华海暖通在不同功能空间里的完美运用,更让顾客在轻松愉悦的氛围中,深度体验由专业团队打造出,不同湿度、温度在环境中的科学计算而得到的高度舒适感。
Interms of product experience, to eliminate the sense of pressure in sales, weabandoned the traditional model room, but diversified to create a tea room,coffee bar, library, billiard hall, golf room and other recreational spaces.Those different scenes are not only show the possibility of the Huahai HVACbeing used in different functional spaces, but also let customers to experiencethe comfort brought by scientific room humidity and temperature in a relaxedand pleasant atmosphere.
海暖通品牌总部展厅的设计,在当地不仅树立起了一个行业品牌形象的标杆,更为华海暖通品牌2.0时代的全面开启奠定了全新的认知和基石。
