招商地产·南海会是由香港假日东方国际顾问有限公司-利宾空间设计（深圳）有限公司打造的会所空间。HHD·Living利宾设计以“茶”为空间主题，以中国古代文人雅士所钟爱的诗、书、画、意为空间立意，打造了一个闲适而雅致的休闲会所空间。
会所中，HHD·Living利宾设计选用了大面积温润的木色铺陈空间，木制的天花顶板、桌椅、栅门，以及极富创意的以木板衔接而成的隔断区将空间的语境归纳为了一个整体，配合着粗制的大缸、原生的石阶、麻绳，以及自然生长的竹木，共同发散出一种舒适而悠闲的空间氛围，营造出了新中式风格空间的自然之态。
China Merchants Property Development·Nanhai Club is a club space created by HHD Hong Kong East Holiday International Design Consultants Limited - HHD·Living space design（Shenzhen） CO.,LTD. HHD·Living designed “tea” as the space theme and uses the poems, books, paintings and poetic tone loved by ancient Chinese scholars as a space intention to create a leisure and elegant club space.
In the club, HHD·Living designed a large area of warm wood-colored paving space, wooden ceilings, tables, chairs, gates, and creative partitions that are connected by wooden boards. In summary, in order to integrate the rough large tank, the original stone steps, the hemp rope, and the naturally growing bamboo wood. A comfortable and laid-back space atmosphere is created a natural environment with a new Chinese style space.
