设计说明：
1. 项目定位——作品独有的设计策划和定位
美的地产府系产品，集13年高端楼盘开发经验推出的湘潭首席豪宅项目，也是美的湖南府系壹号作品。
1. Position - works unique design project planning and positioning
Property house is a product of midea, 13 years high-end real estate development experience of xiangtan chief mansion project, also in hunan province is one of midea.

2. 空间意境——作品在环境风格上的创新点
项目位置处于湘潭，历史上是湖湘文化的重要发祥地、中国红色文化的摇篮，有“小南京”、“金湘潭”的美誉。“湘中灵秀千秋水，天下英雄一郡多”，湘潭伟人、巨匠灿若星辰，都是设计师设计灵感的主要来源。空间当中的大灯寓意湘潭千年沉积，层层叠加，书吧的吊灯寓意伟人犹如天上的星辰一样多，人才辈出。
2. Spatial artistic conception -- the innovation point of works in environmental style

3. 空间布局——作品在空间布局上的创新点

空间布局运用了中式的均衡对称手法，主要的空间，接待大堂及模型展示区都放在纵向轴线上，次要的空间放到了两侧横向的轴线上，这种展示形式是一种视觉的艺术，造型艺术中线的长短，点的聚散，光的强弱、色的冷暖等构成各种节奏与韵律。节奏的变化和韵律的呈现在一定的条件下会暗示出空间的变化和时空的推移。在展示中用线条构成的节奏变化，色彩的渐变等手法构成韵律感来暗示时空的推移，让客人在空间感受中设计师带来的设计变化。

用材方面采用石材、木材、皮革、麻质、金属面料等体现天然质感的材质以及质朴的色调，体现现代都是繁华与宁静之间寻求独特的亲近与舒适感受，配合局部彰显品质的细节处理及灯光氛围力求打造温馨雅致气氛的空间感受，给客户一份属于自己的低调内敛的奢华的家，而不是表面的奢华，设计师适当运用酒店的手法去设计销售体验中心，在销售会所设计中，设计师力求为客人营造一种能够静心潜读且类似置身于“私家书吧”的空间体验，既有家的温馨放鬆又有工作的严谨，充满典雅、明净、柔和的生活气息，让客户体验到入住后的生活情景。
