三亚河红树林城市区域的的规划引导及其景观规划改造设计，在保护生态环境的情况下对城市进行规划设计，着眼于未来，本着保护第一，利用第二的原则，协调建设与恢复红树林湿地的关系。通过活水公园、下沉广场、地下停车场和屋顶绿化丰富市民活动空间，改善三亚的环境，形成良好的可持续发展的城市布局。
