A great challenging project with only 200 sq.ft. in size. “This is a coffee workshop that we brew your own taste. N.O.T. stands for “No Other Than” which means we serve only specialty coffee and do not expect something else.” The Barista of N.O.T. said.

We decided to create a workshop like coffee shop in terms of the mood and detailing. This project is all about the local craftsmanship as if how the Barista elaborates each cup of coffee. A lot of playful details can be found and touched within this tiny space. Also, thanks to the sufficient room height we allowed to hang hundreds of industrial light bulbs to form the shop name “N.O.T.” to attract people from the street.
